60g chia seeds
130 sunflower seeds
250g pumpkin seeds (half added after first mixing to keep their colour)
60g coconut oil
30ml cocoa powder
(5-10ml honeycomb or stevia- it doesn’t have to be sweet, but I made this for my husband who is not yet #LCHF)
Mix all dry ingredients and add the melted coconut oil (and honey or stevia if using).
Add the remaining 125g pumpkin seeds and gently fold in so they keep their colour.
Bake in oven at 160 deg fan, and turn every 3-4 minutes for 20 minutes.
It should last 2w. Serve with plain yoghurt or milk of your choice.
