Today I had a meeting with the parent, carer and teacher of a young girl with learning disability. Like many of us, she eats “healthily’ and is very active, but is dangerously overweight. Her parents and carers are puzzled. She has had a lot of tests and they are normal. She eats just as the national Eat Well Guide suggests. To show what is going on, and find a way forward I put together a few slides. Have a look and see if they give you information of how to help you & your family too.hoping-for-change-for-children-the-way-forward
